How do I open a wholesale account?

1. Click on "Your Account".
2. Create an account.
3. Fill in your contact details.
4. Fill in your company details.
5. Check if you are a VAT payer - The system is connected to the VIES (VAT Information Exchange System) database and verifies entities established within the EU.
6. A message will be sent to your email with a link to activate your user account, login details and a generated password.
7. Activate your user account via the link, check your details and change your password in your profile administration if necessary.
8. Once activated, send an email to office@hellarms.com requesting to switch your account to wholesale.
9. Upon approval, your account will be switched to wholesale mode.

Variants of VAT invoicing:

• Your company is in the Czech Republic and you are not a VAT payer - we will invoice you for the goods at the VAT rate of 21%.
• Your company is in the Czech Republic and you are VAT payers - we will invoice you at the VAT rate of 21%.
• Your company is in the EU and you are not subject to VAT - we will invoice you at the VAT rate according to your country.
• Your company is in the EU and you are VAT registered - we will invoice you for goods without VAT.
• Your company is outside the EU - we will invoice you for goods without VAT.
