Airsoft Li-Ion accumulator / battery of our own production consists of two cells in a steel casing. The battery has a voltage of 7.4V, a capacity of 2800mAh and can handle long-term discharge currents of 35A and short-term 85A. We have tested these values both in laboratory conditions and in practice.

Thanks to the steel casing, there is no inflation as with Li-Pol batteries. Due to its size and capacity it is more suitable for airsoft use. The battery is able to operate in temperatures from -40 to 60 °C. The battery has a large capacity even for its small size. After 500 cycles the battery has 90% of its original capacity. This means that if you go out to play on average 8 months of the year every Saturday and take proper care of the Li-Ion battery, your total capacity will drop by 10% in 14 years.

Parameters

Discharge current: long term 35A, short term 85A

Application Li-Ion 2800mAh 7.4V

This battery is suitable for Crane stock or G36 forearm etc. Due to its medium hardness it is not suitable for extremely powerful assemblies. An example of a recommended maximum load is the assembly:

Recommended assemblies for this battery:

Gears 12:1 13:1 16:1 18:1 100:200
Motor HellArms

Up to M125 - 26 RPS

Up to M125 - 24 RPS

Up to M130 - 20 RPS

Up to M140 - 18 RPS

Up to M150 - 15 RPS

Motor ASG, SHS 30K Up to M125 Up to M125 Up to M130 Up to M130 Up to M150
Basic motor Not suitable Not suitable Up to M120 Up to M125 Up to M130

*The neodymium magnet load motors (Guarder, ASG, SHS) will have better response and higher cadence than the basic ones. The HellArms motor will have a higher cadence and lower response than the motors previously mentioned. High speed motors combined with lower gearing than 100:200 and this battery are not recommended at all.

*The springs in the table above are Guarder and ASG Ultimate, which are the only springs we recommend using due to their characteristics, durability, performance stability, and their minimal manufacturing differences in stiffness.

Why buy a battery from us?

We carefully select the most suitable cells on the market that meet our requirements for airsoft use. We take great care with every battery we produce and test it at the end of production. The batteries do not deform, they have durable hand soldered joints that are individually stripped. The individual cells are connected by a wide copper strip with a cross section of 2.5 mm for the best possible electrical and thermal conductivity. The main wiring is made of the highest quality 1.5 mm diameter silicone wires on the market. The connector can be either XT60 (which we recommend) or T-Dean.
